In a meeting with Taiz Governor Nabil Shamsan here on Thursday, Vice President Lt. Gen. Ali Mohsen Saleh stressed the importance of exerting concerted efforts to complete liberating Taiz from the Houthi militia's control.
The two officials discussed the latest developments in the province, the activation of state institutions and the steadfastness of the city's population in the face of attacks by the coupist militia.
The Vice President praised the sacrifices made by the army on various fronts in the province.
On his part, the governor appreciated the political leadership's interest in the city.
