Deputy Governor of Hadhramout for the Valley and Desert Affairs Isam al-Katheri has been acquainted with programs and activities of HAD organization for humanitarian aid in the province in health sector.
In his meeting with representative of HAD Dr. al-Tigani Omer on Wednesday, the two parties disused the nature of the organization's interventions in districts of Tarim, Sayoon, Sah, Hajar al-Say'ar and Ramah and opening health units in remote populated places and providing them with medical cadre and equipment.
Al-Katheri confirmed readiness of the local authority to provide more facilitation to the international organizations operating in the Valley of Hadhramout, especially in health sector.
For his part, the Director of the Public Health and Population's Office in the Valley of Hadhramout Dr. Hani al-Amoudi reviewed preparations made by the office and concerned bodies for accomplishing the organization's project in targeted districts.
