Yemen's Ambassador to the United Arab Emirates, Fahd Al-Menhali, and the Emirati Assistant Foreign Minister for Political AffairesKhalifaShaheen Al-Marar discussed the bilateral relations between the two countries and means of enhancing them in various fields.

Al-Menhali reviewed the latest developments in Yemen, mainly the setbacks the Iranian backed Houthimilitia puts in the road to implementing the Stockholm Agreement of December 13.

Al-Menhalistressed the government's keenness for peace based on the three relevant terms of referenceand the government commitment to supporting the UN peace mediator's efforts.
