The governor of Shabwa Mohammed Edeiw inaugurated a medical oxygen plant in the province's capital Ataqat the funding of King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center and under the auspices of the World Health Organization.
The $95,000 project will be based in the main public hospital in Ataq.
