Fishery wealth minister, Taiz deputy governor distribute fishing boats to fishermen

Minister of Fishery Wealth Fahd Kafayen-along with First Deputy Governor of TaizAbdulqawi al-Mikhlafi- launched on Friday distribution of a number of boat s to affected people from war in Dhu Bab and Bab al-Mandab District.

Kafayen confirmed care of the political leadership with fishermen who have been affected by the war waged by Houthi militia on the people, pointing out that the fishery wealth is equal to oil wealth and that the ministry has a matrix of development projects in fishery field.

He valued the heroic role of Taizi people in deterring Houthi rebel militia and their integration with their brothers from Aden, Lahj, Abyan and brothers in the Saudi-led Coalition for cleansing Bab al-Mandab from Houthi rebel militia, which has posed a threat to international navigation.

For his part, al-Mikhalfi praised efforts of the ministry of fishery wealth in supporting fishermen in Dhu Bab, which represents the strategic deepness to Yemen and the whole region for it overlooks the most important strait.

On the other hand, Minister Kafayen and number deputies of fishery wealth ministerand local officials inspected the government compound and a number of facilities over the destruction caused by Houthi war on the area.
