Human Rights Ministry celebrates Universal Children's Day

The Ministry of Human Rights organized a workshop to raise awareness of the rights of children in the capital, Aden, in cooperation with the UNICEF and a number CSOs and activists.
The workshop, which marks the Universal Children's Day and the Human Rights Day highlighted issues of concern to children and their rights, especially in light of the difficult circumstances and the rapid deterioration of their humanitarian situation as a result of the ongoing war by the Houthi rebel militia.
Minister of Human Rights Dr. Mohammed Askar in a speech stressed that the continuation of the Houthi war means the continuation of killing and abusing children well as and other civilians.
