The meeting aimed to discuss an appointment for Assa'di to meet the Secretary General of the UN Antonio Guterres upon his return from his oversees trip.
Assa'di's conversations with Lyre touched upon situations in Yemen and government's efforts to push for achieving sustainable peace based on the three terms of reference including GCC's Initiative, outcomes of National Dialogue and International Security Council resolution 2216.
