Yemen's Ambassador to Japan Samear Mohammed Khameas met Thursday with Chairman of the Committee on Foreign Relation in the Japanese Council of Advisors Watnabi Miki.

Yemeni-Japanese bilateral ties were key focus of the conversations.

Situations in our country amid war triggered by Houthi putschist militia were also touched upon.

The Ambassador expressed thanks and appreciation for the Japanese government's support for the legitimate government and humanitarian aids for the Yemeni peoples.

The Japanese official stated his country is committed to provide humanitarian aid and support political and diplomatic efforts to make peace in Yemen.
