Prime Minister arrivesMahra for inspecting situations after tropical storm

Prime Minister Ma'eenAbdulmalik arrived in Ghaidha, the capital of Mahra Province, on Wednesday for inspecting damages left by the tropical storm Luban, which hit vast areas of the province last week.

"The visit comes within government's concern and care of the province of Mahra, as well as government's keenness for reconstructing {damages} left by the war waged by Iran-baked Houthi rebel militia in a number of provinces," prime minister told Saba upon arrival.

He added that the visit will result on reconstructing damages left by the storm and the government will repair roads, establishments and infrastructures hit by the storm and we will make solutions to the people whose houses have been swept by the storm's floods.

He confirmed that the government will save no effort for translating the directives of President Hadi to overcome emergency challenges and will focus on the economic, service and humanitarian files.

The government will exert efforts for reconstruction, making solutions for economic revival and pushing the development wheel forward, said the newly appointed prime minister.

He praised efforts of the local authority in the province with support from the Saudi-led Coalition for alleviating damages in the province and helping affected people. He also valued people's efforts for sending relief convoys from all provinces to affected and displaced people despite difficult conditions the country goes going through.

He urged all people stand behind the political leadership under President Hadi, maintain the federal state's project and support the government's new plans for meeting aspirations and hopes of the Yemeni people.
