Under-Secretary of Foreign Ministry for Political Affairs Dr Mansour Bajash praised Japan's support for the Yemeni government, highly appreciating Japan's significant contribution to humanitarian actions in Yemen.
Bajash's statement came as he met Tuesday with the Charged' Affairs in the Japanese embassy to our country.
It is noteworthy that Japan contributed to the UN Humanitarian Comprehensive Plan with $39 million.
Bajash's conversations with the Japanese diplomat intended to explore more Japanese support for Yemen, mainly scholarships, developmental projects and humanitarian assistance.
The Japanese official stated that his country will continue to offer Yemen a hand of help whether directly or through International organizations.
