In his meeting with the Head of Aden Center for Awareness on Drug Dangers Sua'ad Alawi on Sunday, al-Maisari was briefed on the center's activities carried out recently in Aden and other liberated provinces.
Alawi reviewed the future plans of the center for the forthcoming Days in cooperation with the Ministry of Interior and Aden's Security.
Al-Maisary praised efforts exerted by the center and activities of carrying out awareness programs and activities on dangers of drugs and their deadly results on the society.
He confirmed that the security forces are doing their best in fighting drugs and cracking down their dealers and deterring plots of the enemies of the homeland, who target the generations through this lesion.
He pointed out that the security forces have been able to arrest dozens of them and held them in prisons in preparations for taking legal actions against them, calling all to be aware of this problem on its danger on the society and shoulder their social responsibility side by side of the security forces.
He urged Aden Center to continue its efforts under these conditions and double its programs on awareness against drugs, voicing support of the government to the center for eradicating this problem.
