Yemen, China sign economic cooperation agreement

RIYADH-SABA

Minister of Planning and International Cooperation Dr. Mohamad al-Sa'di signed with Chinese Ambassador to Yemen Kang Yong on Thursday an agreement for economic and technical cooperation between the two countries.

According to the agreement, the Chinese party will provide Yemeni party with quick batch of food substances worth ¥ 30 million.

The Chinese diplomat confirmed readiness of his country for cooperation with the government of Yemen for implementing this agreement quickly, expressing his country's hope of restoration of peace and stability in Yemen.

Minister al-Sa'di valued support of China to Yemen.
