TOKYO-SABA

Yemen's Ambassador to Tokyo Samir Khamis discussed on Thursday with the Leader of the Komeito Party- one of the greatest parties in the parliament- Natsuo Yamaguchi latest developments in Yemen.

Khamis confirmed government's position supporting efforts of the UN envoy to realize peace and the government's adherence of the three references as foundations for ending the war and its acceptance of participation in the peace talk to be held in Geneva next week.

He touched upon negligence of UN organizations' to Houthi militia violations against civilians in different Yemeni areas while reporting to the UN, pointing out that those organizations depend on Houthi militia and their organizations while doing their reports.

The ambassador expressed Yemen's appreciation to the government of Japan for its continuous support to Yemen in humanitarian and political fields, confirming admiration of the government of Yemen for a Japanese role in reconstruction process in Yemen after the war.

For his part, the Japanese Politician showed his aware of the situations in Yemen, confirming support of his country to the government of Yemen fore realizing peace and stability, as well as positive dealing with UN peace efforts.
