Yemen, Mauritania discuss Houthi crimes against innocent people

Yemen's Ambassador to Mauritania Dr. Salim al-Arada discussed on Wednesday with Director of the Arab World and Islamic Organizations at the Mauritanian Ministry of Foreign Affairs al-Hussein Sidi Abdullah boosting Relations between the two countries.

Ambassador al-Arada reviewed latest developments in Yemen and crimes and violations committed by Houthi militia against civilians, pointing to the malicious crime committed by the militia recently against civilians and left dozens of innocent killed and injured people at fish market and the gate of al-Thawrah Public Hospital in Hodeida when the militia targeted them by mortar shells for exploiting these crimes to direct the blame on the government's forces and Arab Coalition.

He also confirmed the government's position supporting peace process and commitment of continuous support to efforts of the UN envoy to Yemen for reaching sustainable political solution in accordance to the three peace foundations and related resolutions.

For his part, the Mauritanian official renewed his country's support to the government and legality in Yemen, confirming that the political solution must be based on the three basic references and any threat to security of Yemen and the Gulf is a threat to security of Mauritania.
