Fatah, OCHA discuss coordination in implementing income-generate enterprises

Minster of Local Administration—Chairman of Supreme Relief Committee (SRC)—Abdulraqeeb Fatah met Thursday, in the temporary capital Aden, the representative of (OCHA) Taher Ebrahim.
Fatah's discussions with Ebrahim focused on the needed active role should be played by the international organizations in sponsoring income-generate enterprises to help bringing about stability.
The Minister submitted several proposals of relief and income-generate projects need to be funded. It was agreed to hold preliminary meeting with the international organizations operate in Yemen to discuss these proposals.
The meeting also touched upon the situations of Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs) in Arrabat Camp in Lahj province and the (IDPs) in the west coast.
For his part, the OCHA's official stressed the importance of cooperation between the International organizations and (SRC), promising full coordination to help addressing the IDPs' needs.
Separately, Fatah met with General Director of "School Feeding" in the Ministry of Education Honood Al-Fadhli. The discussions touched upon the outcomes of the implementation of the 'Pupils Feeding' program funded by the World Food Program (WFP). The project targeted 250 thousands of the pupils in the intern capital Aden and surrounding regions.
