Prime Minister Salem Saleh bin Braik arrived Wednesday in the Emirati capital Abu Dhabi on an official visit in response to an invitation from the leadership of the sisterly United Arab Emirates.

Education Minister meets UNHCR country representative

Minister of Education, Dr. Abdullah Lamlas, met today in the temporary capital Aden, the UNHCR's country representative, Ayman Gharaibe.
They discussed the implementation of an education policy for refugees, a partnership between the Ministry and the UNHCR. The policy aims to strengthen integrate of refugee schools into the public education system administered by the ministry.
The meeting also discussed resolving refugee education issues including the long-term demand for refugee school teachers.
