Agriculture Ministry IOM discuss agricultural sector needs

The Ministry of Agriculture and Irrigation discussed with the International Organization for Migration (IOM) in Aden ways of coordination to meet the needs of the agricultural sector.

The meeting was held by deputy ministers of agriculture including Ameen Baqader, the deputy for agricultural affairs, and the IOM's chief of mission Sarat Dash and other experts from thee organization.

Baqader stressed the need to design a matrix of intervention proposals as with priority areas of needed support.

The Deputy Minister of Agriculture for Planning and Information Ali Al-Junaid said that the IOM's contribution to the agricultural sector in Yemen has an effective role and tangible results on the ground.
