Foreign Minister Khaled Alyemany and the Minister of State in the United Arab Emirates, the Director-General and CEO of the Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC Group), Sultan Ahmed Al Jaber have discussedthe distinguished Yemeni-Emirati ties and means of promoting and developing them.
Alyemany appreciated the crucial role the UAE plays in the Arab Coalition that supports the government to reverse the Houthi militia's coup.
Alyemany pointed out to the importance of coordination to make joint mission of achieving victory in Yemen a success such that the Houthi coup, as the root cause of Yemen's humanitarian catastrophe, is ended and security is restored to all parts of the country.
On his part, Al Jaber stressed the solidarity of the two nations and unity of objectives. He emphasized the UAE's constant readiness to provide support to Yemen.
He pointed out that the recent visit of President Abd-Rabbu Mansour Hadi to the UAE opened new horizons in the relations between the two brotherly countries.
