Yemen, Friedrich Ebert discuss cooperation

Yemen's Ambassador to Berlin Yahya al-Shubaibi discussed on Wednesday with the Head of Middle East and North Africa Department at Friedrich Ebert Foundation RalfHexel cooperation between Yemen and the organization.

The two parties also discussed latest developments in Yemen.
Al-Shuaibi confirmed keenness of the government on realizing peace in accordance with the three references; the GCC Initiative, the outcomes of the National Dialogue Conference and UN Resolution 2216.

He pointed out that the government gives the UN envoy the chance he needs to finalize efforts on Hodeida.

For his part, the German official reviewed activities of the foundation in Yemen and hoped communication and cooperation. He also expressed his content on reaching peace in Yemen.
