The Command of the Joint Forces of the Saudi-led Arab Coalition expressed concern over the release issued by the International Committee for the Red Cross on withdrawing its employees working in relief and humanitarian fields in Yemen.

The Spokesperson of the Command of the Coalition Forces Colonel Turki al-Malik has confirmed commitment on facilitating duties of the humanitarian relief employees working for international organizations in Yemen whether in the government-held areas or other areas under Iran-backed Houthi militia.

"The command of the coalition showed its keenness on providing necessary protection and securing the safety and security of relief organization's employees in Yemen," said al-Maliki, adding that the coalition gives these employees their right of movement and enter any area they want to provide their relief and humanitarian duty.

The Arab Coalition for supporting legality in Yemen has been adopting the best regulations for protecting civilians and providing necessary protection for employees the international organizations operating in relief and humanitarian fields for securing lives of their employees and ensuring their movement without any obstacles, said al-Maliki.

Al-Maliki confirmed that the coalition denounces threat by Houthi militia to lives of civilians and employees of international relief and shoulders the militia the aftermaths of deteriorating humanitarian and security situations in their-held areas.
