Yemen's ambassador to Kuala Lampur Dr Adel Ba-Homaid met Wednesday with the Chief Executive of Malaysian Educational Services Commission, Dr Rojhan Mustafa.
The meeting aimed to address the obstacles that some of the Yemeni students who want to join the Malaysian Universities are complaining about when they seek for visas.
The ambassador voiced deep appreciation for the Malaysian government's cooperation with the Yemeni students; asking for more cooperation with the scholars, specifically concerning to visa procedures.
The Malaysian official showed understanding about the Yemeni students situation in Malaysia. He stated that he would work to address the difficulties they have been facing so that they can get quality educational services in Malysia.
The two sides agreed to establish a channel by the Commission in the Yemeni embassy premises for one week to directly communicate with the Yemeni students who have problems or complaints about visa.
