A delegation of the Ministry of Water and Environment headed by Undersecretary of the Ministry Eng. Tawfeeq Al-Sharjabi concluded consultations and meetings held in Amman, Jordan, with a number of International donors.
The meetings held with the key donors for water sector in our country including the World Bank, European Union, United Nations' UNICEF and International Committee of Red Cross, and German Organization for Technical Cooperation(GIZ).
The delegation communicated the findings of the study the Ministry conducted in cooperation on the consequences of Houthi militia's coup and its impacts on water sector.
The delegations talks with the donor organizations aimed to explore the urgently needed support for water sector which has been seriously affected by Houthi militia's coup.
