A delegation of Yemen's Public Health Ministry led by minister Naser Baoom and his deputy Abdullah Dahan took part in the 71st session of the World Health Assembly that began in Geneva, Switzerland, on Monday.
The six-day event will bring together 194 countries. The delegates are to discuss preparedness and response of public health organizations to climate change. The first day includes a plenary meeting of the assembly to discuss the draft thirteenth general program of work for 2019–2023.
