Minister of Education Dr Abdullah Salim Lamlas met Sunday in the interim capital Aden with the official in charge of Education in the Norwegian Council, Julian Vypond.
Topics relating to educational action were discussed during the meeting.
Dr Lamlas highlighted the pressing need for constructing schools, adding more additional classrooms and repairing some schools which seriously damaged by Houthi militia war.
The Norwegian official stated that the Norwegian Council will support educational projects in Lahj, Al-Dale'a and Abyan. She also noted that the Council will contribute to rehabilitate schools, build makeshift classrooms, training teachers and distribute school's bags.
