Saudi Arabia Air Defenses are reported to have gunned down a ballistic missile fired Tuesday by Iran-backed Houthi militia toward the city of Jazan.
Spokesperson of the Saudi-led Arab Coalition to restore legality in Yemen Colonel Turki al-Maliki said "the missile was deliberately fired against civilian and residential areas. Yet the Saudi Royal Air Defenses could intercept the rocket and destroy it, as a result some shrapnel scattered over the residential quarters but no casualties were reported."
