Deputy Minister of Public Health and Population for Primary Health Care Sector, Dr. Ali Al-Waleedi, inaugurated a campaign for oral vaccination against cholera in the district of Bureiqa in the temporay capital Aden on Saturday.

He called on the campaign personnel to step up their efforts to reach the target number of vaccinated and to report informatively on the progress of the campaign.

During the inauguration ceremony, the Director of the Health and Population Ministry branch office in Bureiqa Hameedah Mohammed Zeid said that the 4-day house-to-house campaign will target 119,000 persons.

The campaign is involving 240 personnel split into 120 teams.
