Our country is taking part in the International Ministerial Conference aiming to halt financing ISIS and Al-Qaeda. The gathering is scheduled to be convened on April 25-26 in Paris, under the slogan" No Money for Terrorism".
Yemen's delegation is headed by Deputy Premier, Foreign Minister Abdulmalik Al-Mekhalfi. He is going to contribute to the discussions with a working paper in which he is citing Yemen's experience in countering the terrorism plight.
The Foreign Minister told the Yemeni News Agency (Saba) that the Yemeni government lead by President Hadi has been very keen on fighting terrorism and preventing the terrorist groups from getting money and financers.
Al-Mekhlafi blamed the Houthi militia coup for distracting the government's attention away from the battle with the terrorist groups. He said:" Houthi militia coup has offered the terrorist groups an opportunity to resume their activities in some regions".
