Al-Alimi: Arab Coalition key anti-Iran expansion policy pillar

Director of the Republic Presidency Office, Dr Abdullah Al-Alimi stated that Saudi-led Arab Coalition for supporting the legitimacy in Yemen is considered to be one of the most important bases to stand up to Iran's expansion scheme in the region and its harmful interventions that badly affected Arab region and Arab security.

In press interview with the Egyptian" Al-Yaum Assabe'a" newspaper, he said:" Iran's expansion scheme is a perilous plan poses existential threat to Arab and Muslim nations, and Iran's interference have caused direct damage to Arab region and Arab national security".

Al-Alimi noted that situations the Yemeni peoples have been going through presently are the most harsh of all times because of the war that Iran-backed Houthi militia has been imposing upon the Yemeni people in the wake of the coup d'état against the legitimate authority.

Dr Al-Alimi stressed that the Yemeni people today have been struggling for dislodging the coup and restoring the national State. "To this end the Yemenis alongside with the brethren in the Arab Coalition are seeking for restoring legality, the militia will be held accountable for the crimes it has committed against the great Yemeni people, said Al-Alimi
