Vice President denounces attacking Saudi oil tanker by Houthis

Vice President Ali Mohsen has denounced targeting Saudi oil tanker by Iranian Houthi militia western Hodeida, which is under Houthi militia control.

He pointed out that the incident confirms continuation of Houthi threat to Yemen and the region,as well as the international navigation and the only way for facing such attacks is restoration of the legality and the Yemeni state.

" Targeting the tanker unearths the terrorist face of Iranian-backedHouthi militia, which is practicing piracy and repeatedly attacks international navigation, a matter provokes the international community to take firm act," said Mohsen in a telephone call with Acting Defense Minister Lieutenant General Mohammad al-Maqdashi.

Mohsen praised victories accomplished by the heroes of the National Army in different warfronts for liberating Yemen and ending the coup, valuing brotherly position of the Saudi-led Coalition for providing different forms of military, political, economic and relief support to Yemen.

For his part al-Maqdashi acquainted Vice President with the latest developments in different warfronts and the high spirit of the heroes of the national army.
