Minister of Fishery Wealth Fahad Saleem Kafine met Wednesday with Turkish ambassador Levent Eller.
Aspects of cooperation between the countries were key focus of the Minister's and the Turkish ambassador's discussions.
Kafine voiced the Yemeni government's desire to substantially increase cooperation with Turkey in fishery and it does seek more Turkish support in this area and contribution to projects in the government- held provinces.
The minister deeply appreciated Turskish supportive stance alongside the legitimate Yemeni government.
The Turkish diplomat stated that his country will continue to provide Yemen with assistance in different domains, particularly in fishery.
Eller noted that arrangements would be made with the Turkish Ministry and the Turkish Minister of Agriculture Livestock Dr Ahmed Ashraf in order to establish several projects in the provinces of Aden, Hudramout and Socatra.
