Yemen signs treaties in international law, services

Deputy Minister of Planning and International Cooperation Nizarba-Suhaib singed on Sunday two treaties with two international organizations in fields of services and international and humanitarian law.
The two treaties state that the two organizations will operate in Yemen in accordance with their specializations and in their activity fields.
The FHI 360 Organization's Regional Representative Gregory Beck signed the agreement with ba-Suhaib. The organization is a nonprofit human development based in North Carolina. It also operates in fields of health and reproductive health fields, as well as water cleaning.
Geneva Call's Regional Director Mansour Ahmad signed the agreement with the Deputy Minister. Geneva Call is Non-governmental organization that engages armed non-State actors towards respect of international humanitarian norms, in particular those related to the protection of civilians in armed conflict.
After signing, ba-Suhaib confirmed keenness of the ministry of planning on providing facilitations to international organizations operating in Yemen in accordance with the effective laws.
He stressed on coordination for ensuring the success of the projects of these organizations.
