Minister of Public Health and Population Dr. Qasem Buhybeh has called for establishing a hospital in Yemen that offers traditional Chinese medicine services alongside modern medical services.

Anti-Diphtheria vaccines are safe, approved by WHO, says medical source

General Director of Primary Health Care in Aden Dr Abdullah Mohammed Rajmnar has confirmed that Anti-Diphtheria vaccines which have given to children are the same kind of vaccines that used to be given in the usual routine immunization in the different local health centers.
Dr Rajmnar told the Yemeni News Agency (Saba) the anti-Diphtheria vaccines which have been used in the current vaccination campaign were provided by international organizations are certified by the World Health Organization (WHO) and UNICEF. So parents should not be concerned about the side effects such as moderate fever and ache.
"There are two physicians have been assigned in every district to deal with any emergencies may occur during the vaccination campaign" said Rajmnar
