Minister of Human Rights meets with international experts

Minister of Human Rights Mohammed Jandabi met Monday in Aden with the Head of international experts team who are on a visit to our country.
The meeting devoted to discuss several topics relating to human rights situations in Yemen.
Violations against human rights including children recruitment by Houthi rebel militias, indiscriminately planting landmines and suffering of International Displaced People (IDP) were touched upon.
Asker cited a wide variety of human rights violations and abuses have continued to be committed by Houthi militia on the daily basis.
The Minister also highlighted the need for greater international efforts in order to help improve human rights in Yemen, affirming that the Ministry of Human Rights is ready to offer every necessary help to facility the international experts' mission.
For his part, Jandabi underscored the need for improving human rights situations and supporting efforts aiming to produce sustainable solutions to the humanitarian crisis in Yemen.
