The Ministry of Public Health and Population organized a large gathering included international organizations and agencies which operate in the health sector.

The Undersecretary of the Ministry for Primary Health Care Dr Ali Al-Waleedi who chaired the meeting urged the national and international organizations to coordinate with the Ministry of Health in order to establish an effective partnership that can offer health services to the people in need.

The meeting aimed to discuss the serious challenges facing health sector and mobilize the necessary resources to cope with the increasingly growing endemics such as cholera, diphtheria, malaria and measles.
