Bin-Dagher orders pay salaries of judges, prosecution's staff

Prime Minister Dr Ahmed Obeid Bin-Dagher has urged Finance Ministry to finish procedures about paying salaries of all judges and staff of the Prosecution in the government-held regions and the provinces of Taiz, Al-Jawf, Marib and some districts of the two provinces of Al-Baidha and Hodeida. Salaries of the judges who distanced themselves from Houthi coup d'état in shall be paid all over the provinces.

The Prime Ministers gave his instructions as he met on Thursday in Aden with the Head of the Supreme Judicial Council Dr Ali Salim and Minister of Finance Dr Ahmed Al-Fadhli, Minister of Justice Jamal Omer and Attorney General Dr Ali Al-A'wash.

The Prime Minister also ordered to pay the displaced Judges and prosecution's staff who have been forced to flee their own areas in the militia-controlled provinces and regions, whether they are in the homeland or abroad.

The operational budget for the judiciary was also approved as stipulated by the Council of Ministers decree, with an exception wherever it may necessary. The operational budges shall also cover the leasing costs of all premises used by the judiciary.
