Ministry of Planning and International Cooperation signed on Monday four agreements with international organizations operating in development fields.
Deputy Minister of Planning Dr. Nizarba-Suhaib signed an agreement with Regional Director of IDRA Organization Abraham Balmiro and another with Representative of US Supreme Medical Authority WasimBahja.
While IDRA is operating in fields of development, health, education and food security, as well as relief during catastrophes, the US Medical Authority operates in improving life standards and quick response during emergencies.
Ba-Shuaib signed also agreements with Representative of US Clean Hands Organization Abdulmajid al-Shu'bi and Representative of French International Relief and Medical Organization Martin Ruslot.
The former organization operates in fields of human development and health, social, relief and water and the later is active in fields of health, nutrition, living means, food security, water and environment.
On the other hand, ba-Suhabi discussed with Representative of the Office of Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA) Taher Ibrahim measures and regulations organizing activities of organizations operating in humanitarian, relief, service and development fields.
He reconfirmed readiness of the ministry in providing all facilitations needed by these organizations to carry out their duties and implement their projects.
