Yemen to participate in World Urban Forum in Kuala Lumpur

KUALA LUMPUR –SABA
Yemen will be participating in the 9th World Urban Forum (WUF), the world’s premier conference on urban issues, in the Malaysian capital in the period 7-13 February 2018.
Minister of Public Works and Roads Maeen Abdul-Malik will be representing Yemen. The forum was established in 2001 by the United Nations to examine rapid urbanization and its impact on communities, economies, climate change, policies, etc.
As many as 25 thousand government delegates and urbanization experts from across the world will participate in the event.
