Prime Minister Salem Saleh bin Braik arrived Wednesday in the Emirati capital Abu Dhabi on an official visit in response to an invitation from the leadership of the sisterly United Arab Emirates.

Aden Custom Authority's Leaders commenced on Wednesday activities of the consultative meeting.
The meeting, which coincided the Custom World Day, held under the motto of "Secure Trade Environment for Economic Development Service."
Lasting for four days, the meeting will discuss a number of working papers on performance of the custom authority and organizing and improving custom income.
In the opening ceremony, Minister of Finance Ahmad Obeid al-Fadhli confirmed importance of holding this meeting for evaluating performance of the custom during 2017 and mechanisms of improving the performance during 2018.
He stressed on doubling efforts for increasing custom and taxes income for supplying the state budget with funds.
For his part, the Head of Custom Authority Salem bin-Buraik made it clear that the meeting aims at discussing accomplishment and failure of the performance in 2017 and avoiding any fault in the future.
The Head of Aden Chamber of Industry and Commerce Abu Bakrba-Ubaid called for boosting cooperation between custom authority and industry chamber for increasing trade activity in Aden.
