PM government is keen to tackle problems of dismissed employees

Prime Minister Dr Ahmed Obeid Bin-Dagher has stressed the importance of handling the remaining problems of the government's employees who had been illegally dismissed in the past.

The prime minister's statement came as he met on Monday with the members of the committee tasked with handling complaints of the illegally dismissed employees.

During the meeting the chairman of the committee judge Sahl Hamza presented a detailed report about the committee's action and achievements over the past period. He stated that the committee has received (126 thousands) of dossiers and investigated most of them. He added that the committee has made six decisions to handle the complaints which proved fair and correct either by reinstate the illegally dismissed employees or paying them due compensation or both. After that President Abd Rabbu Mansour Hadi had issued decrees about that cases.

"The committee now is looking into the remaining cases and it has worked out several resolutions will be revised and decisions to be made about", said judge Hamaza.

Minister of Justice Jamal Omer and Minister of State for Implementing National Dialogue's Outcomes, Yasser Arro'ain were in attendance during the meeting.
