The Team of National Investigating Committee tasked with investigating into violations of human rights met Monday in Marib province with the governors of the Tihama province regions.
The meeting included the governor of Al-Mahweet Saleh Soma'a, governor of Hujja province Maj. General Abdulkareem Assonaini, governor of Rayma province Mohammed Al-Hori, Deputy governor of Hodeida Waleed Al-Qodaimi.
The Committee's team leader judge Taher Al-Fa'aiq gave an overview on the establishment of the committee and its action mechanisms that aimed observe, document and investigate into all violations of human rights against civilians by all parties to the conflict.
The Committee's lawyer Hezam Al-Morraisi affirmed that the committee operates neutrally, and it is concerned with all victims regardless who may commit the violations against them.
The governors welcomed the Committee's team, voicing willingness to support the team action and contribute to observe and document the violations of human rights.
