Prime Minister Ahmed bin-Daghr said the government intends to implement a number of vital projects in the province of Dhale'a, north of the temporary capital Aden.
"It is time for Dhale'a to regain its wellbeing and for its people to enjoy all the basic services," he said during a meeting with the province's governor Maj. Gen. Ali Moqbel Salah in Aden on Monday.
Bin-Daghr said the government intends to implement electricity, roads, water and other projects and to begin a reconstruction program in the province torn by the Houthi rebel militia's insurgency.
