A new community development by the name HD has been launched into existence in Mukalla the provincial capital of Hadhramout in Yemen's east.
The new organization is non-governmental and non-profit voluntary and undertakes human development in the lead-up to a comprehensive and sustainable development, said the chairman of the association Hisham Mohsen Ba-Hameed at the inauguration ceremony on Saturday.
