Yemen denounces Egypt Halwan's terrorist attack

The Republic of Yemen has denounced the terrorist attack on a church in Halwan province, Egypt and killed a number of soldiers and innocent citizens.

In a release issued it issued on Friday, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs renewed support of Yemen's government and people to Egypt and denounced different forms and types of terrorism.

"The government of Yemen strongly denounces this criminal and coward attack and calls the international community to stand united in facing such terrorist attacks, which target innocent and harm general peace by a group, which has neither identity nor clear objectives but spreading chaos and killing only lives of innocent souls without differences between a religion or human being or between a mosque and church," said the release.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs confirmed Yemen's stand by Egypt in facing terrorism, its sponsors and financers and support every measure it takes for protecting its security and stability.

The ministry expressed heartfelt condolences and sincere solace to the government and people of Egypt and families of the victims and hoped quick recovery to the injured.
