A state report has revealed that Houthi militia has committed up to 9958 violations against citizens from August 2014 until August 2017 in the militia-held areas here.

The violations varied between killing and injuring women and children, forcibly arrest and disappearance, torture, displacing citizens, destroying state possessions and bombing houses and mosques.

Deputy Governor of Mareb Abdullah al-Bakeri denounced- in his speech on a ceremony held on World Human Rights Day- the huge crimes committed by the militia in the capital Sana'a and other provinces under their control against leaders of the General People Congress and other parties opposing their thought and rejecting their coup.

Al-Bakeri called on the international community to shoulder its responsibility in protecting citizens and their right of freedom of speech and lifting horrifying and terrorist means used by the rebel militia in killing, displacing, besieging people and banning relief aid.

He called upon all Yemeni people to stand together for getting rid of this destructive nightmare and restore the state institutions.
