The National Commission for Investigation into allegedHuman Rights Abuses documented 903 abuses during September, October and November 2017 across Yemen.

The commission announced this in a press conference in Aden on Sunday, in commemoration of the 69thanniversary of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.

The commission said it investigated into 430 of the documented incidents. They are mostlytargeting of civilians rendering them killed and wounded, planting mines, arbitrary arrests and extrajudicial killings.

The commission's spokesman Eshraq al-Maqtari said that the comissin documented 196 cases of civilians killed, 178 wounded, 142 cases of enforced disappearance, 88 cases of arbitrary arrests, 20 cases of house detonation with explosives, 36 cases of child soldier recruitments, 127 houses and private property destructions, displacements of 24 families, 14 cases of mine planting, and 29 cases of torture and inhuman treatment.

She said: "The allegations of human rights violations have increased in the last three months due to the continuation of the war, which caused a lot of loss of life, property and destruction in the service institutions and the increased suffering of citizens in light of the closure of health facilities and schools and the spread of epidemics and non-payment of salaries and social care cash ".

"During the past three years, the war has caused physical violations of international humanitarian law, especially against children and women."
