Deputy Premier, Foreign Minister Abdulmalik Al-Mikhlafi met with the Turkish ambassador our country.
Al-Mikhlafi discussed with Turkish diplomat arrangements for convening a meeting by the Liaise Group about Yemen within the framework of Islamic Cooperation Organization (ICO).
The meeting also touched upon the repercussions of the events the capital Sana'a has seen recently in the wake of violent actions by Houthi-imamate militia that bombarded residential areas by heavy machine-guns, tanks and heat-guided missiles and assassinating former President Ali Abdullah Saleh.
"These violent actions and practices by the militias are outside the legal framework and additional offenses to their criminal record", said Al-Mikhlafi. "Such illegal practices must be strongly condemned by the international community", he added.
The Turkish ambassador confirmed his own country's steady support for legal government and Yemeni people in different fields.
