Minister of Information Moa'mer Al-Iryani said:"Legal government led by President Abd-Rabu M. Hadi had been working hard to re-normalize situations in liberated areas and re-build state's institutions, counter-terrorism and radicalism so as to re-establish security and stability throughout the country".

In an interview with the French newspaper ( La Croix) he said:" Legal government would extend hands for fair and comprehensive peace that Yemeni people were eagerly looking forward to, and that based on the GCC's Initiative, National Dialogue's outcomes and UN Security Council resolution 2216".

Al-Iryani affirmed that President Hadi has been making tireless efforts and offer significant concessions for fair and sustainable peace. He noted that rebels have proved extremely intransigent about peace agreement because they can't make their decision independently, it is up to Iranians to decide.

The minister pointed out to Yemeni journalists ordeal who have been subjected to all forms of violations. The rebel militias have used journalists as human shields, prevented them from doing their jobs, detain them in illegal detentions and don't allow their relatives to visit or contact, 17 journalists are still detained by the militiamen, Al-Iryani explained.

More than 500 thousand of Yemeni people had to flee the country to Saudi Arabia since the onset of the ongoing war waged by the militias against Yemeni people, the minister stated.

He highly praised Saudi Arabia Kingdom for Yemeni government and people in all walks of life.

Al-Iryani reiterated that Yemeni legal government will never allow Yemeni territories to be a launching-pad to fire missiles on neighboring countries. Iran would like to employ its influence in Yemen to destabilize the region, he said...
