Minister of Information Moa'mer Al-Iryani said:"Legal government led by President Abd-Rabu M. Hadi had been working hard to re-normalize situations in liberated areas and re-build state's institutions, counter-terrorism and radicalism so as to re-establish security and stability throughout the country".

In an interview with the French newspaper ( La Croix) he said:" Legal government would extend hands for fair and comprehensive peace that Yemeni people were eagerly looking forward to, and that based on the GCC's Initiative, National Dialogue's outcomes and UN Security Council resolution 2216".

The rebel militias have used journalists as human shields, prevented them from doing their jobs, detain them in illegal detentions and don't allow their relatives to visit or contact, 17 journalists are still detained by the militiamen, Al-Iryani explained.

More than 500 thousand of Yemeni people had to flee the country to Saudi Arabia since the onset of the ongoing war waged by the militias against Yemeni people, the minister stated.

He highly praised Saudi Arabia Kingdom for Yemeni government and people in all walks of life.
