Minister of Local Administration AbdulraqeebFath has said the implementation of decentralization in relief activity is more urgent than before and the UN Organizations has to implement it, especially after announcing opening Jaizan Port.

The airports of Aden and Say'oon, ports of Aden and Mukalla and outlets between Saudi Arabia and Yemen have become opened for implementing relief decentralization and this ends any pretexts for the UN organizations for not implementing this principle, Fath told Saba.

He confirmed that applying this principle in relief activity via dividing Yemen into five relief centers will achieve competence in using relief funds and will end acts of blocking road and looting of trucks by rebel militias; in addition it will help limiting of transferring relief activity as a source for what is called war effort of Houthi-Saleh's militias.

Applying the decentralization will work on quick delivery of humanitarian aid to all provinces in record time and with lowest effort, said Fath, stressing on implementing it by all UN organizations working in relief field.

He praised GCC countries for providing different sort of support to Yemen.
