The Federal Republic of Germany has announced raising humanitarian assistances to Yemen to € 125 million for improving humanitarian situation.
In a message sent by German Minister of Foreign Affairs Sigmar Gabriel to Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Abdulmalik al-Mikhlafi, he confirmed his country's support to efforts of the UN Envoy to Yemen Ismail OuledCheikh Ahmad and continuous support to Yemen in difficult conditions.
He noted that the new ambassador to Yemen will be in continuous communication with the government of Yemen in addition to creation a new post as deputy ambassador based in Riyadh to realize direct coordination and communication with the government of Yemen.
