Lahj military, security on high alert

Governor of Lahjand the Head of the Security Committee Nasser al-Khobbaji presided over on Wednesday a meeting for the committee and listened to a report on warfronts at Assabaiha District between Lahj and Taiz and security issues in the province.

He stressed on enforcing the front and moving for fighting rebel militias across warfronts and securing all areas. He also emphasized on rising alert for tightening security in the province, expressing confidence that the heroes of the popular resistance will deter outlaw acts.

For his part, the Commander of the Forth Military Region General Fadhl Hassan presented a review on latest military and security developments topped by Assabaiha Front, confirming on the significance of the front and boosting it within available capabilities.

The meeting came out with a number of practical decisions aiming at sending military reinforcements to Assabaih Front, activating support fund, organizing fighters of Popular Resistance under military commanders' sponsorship and committing directors of districts to protect government establishments.
